Dissapointed. Veterinarian was in the room for 1 minute, made up his mind and was dismissive of my concearns and questions. Most of the staff was attentive and polite. I am taking my dog to another place to address my concearns.

My appointment was on 7/11/18 at 5:30pm. The vet that seen my dog did not provide me with good options and what would be best for my dog. I had a 12 year old dog, on his last legs and what he told me is what "I" want to do with my dog instead of confirming and breaking it down to me that the best thing is to put him down because he is in pain. Instead he told me he didnt know what is wrong with my dog and had to do blood work and xrays that cost $500. And it was clear as day that my dog was very old and had multiple issues. He then left the room and never came back. The very nice vet assistant talked with me and I talked with her and told her my feelings about my dog. She suggested to prescribe my dog with antibiotics for his infections and pain meds that total $145 to keep him comfortable because the best thing to do is to put him down because she told me yes your dog is in pain and that would keep him comfortable till my family makes a decision on when to put him down. That night after the appointment my dog turn for the worst. He stopped eating and couldn't get up he was hurting. That night I had to make the choice to put him to sleep. So I called at 9am and made arrangements and schedule at 3pm to put my dog to sleep. My dog was suffering so much that I had to go sooner and another vet and assistants all helped me and made it as easy as it could be for me and my family. I just wish the vet doctor that saw my dog the day before was more accommodating and maybe I could of made a better decision that day on putting him down instead of him suffering thru the night and paying for medication my dog never took.

this hospital is well organized and super helpful. however, i really wish payment plans were provided, as neither me nor others can afford to pay upfront for surgeries.

The whole staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They treated all three of my dogs with plenty of TLC. I highly recommend this place and their prices are the best

I was very impressed with the service I received. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The man that helped take care of my doggie was awesome. He was great at explaining everything that needed to be done for him. I will definitely be bring my dog back for all of his needs
