Love the doctor but they won't let me reorder my child's contacts without paying for them in advance and that's not what I was told. It wasn't feasible for me to do it so now my child doesn't have his contacts ordered.
Mission EyeCare replied:
We are always sensitive to the individual needs of the patient. We are happy to give a complimentary trial pair of contact lenses to get someone by until they are able to order them. Retailers charge for products at the time of order to prevent having extra inventory around if a customer decides not to come in to pick them up.
