Although we were the first appointment of the day, my son was seen 30 minutes late. Also, when I made his appointment (6 months in advance) I requested the same hygenist he had on his previous visit. When we he was finally seen, it was not by a hygenist, but by the dental assistant who had been answering the phones and making appointments. To illustrate my point, she had to ask one of the hygenists to come over to my son and check "if this is tartar." This is the person who was "cleaning" his teeth. Completely unprofessional and worrying. I hope my insurance doesn't get billed.
We've been coming to Dr. Toole for over 6 years, but this was a deal breaker.
