We had to wait before, during and after the appointment which is not the norm. Twenty minutes to be seen initially. I waited in the lobby but my daughter said she waited a long time to be seen after the technician finished and that the dentist stated that she was taking patients in order of the row they were seated in, not appointment time.
After my daughter was finished she came out but we did not know if she was completely done or not. (do I speak to someone? do I pay? do I make another appt?) When I finally asked if the dentist was going to speak to me, they said she was with another patient and I'd have to wait a bit. I didn't want to do that as we had been there awhile (and thought it unfair) so we left. The technician was very kind and did explain what the dentist had said. Just seemed odd and like I said, not the norm.
