Dr. Katelyn Rogerson was wonderful and quickly earned my confidence. I went in for glasses and contacts prescriptions, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me additional information other other eye health issues. She was patient and thorough and I would recommend her highly.

Overall, they offer a very friendly, courteous service. The doctor I saw, Dr. Chen at the Court Street branch was excellent. But, although they are very attentive when you are there, anything you request of them to be done once you have left their store never seems to be followed through, which can be frustrating.

The selection of eyewear is impressive, but the gentleman who works there, Alexis, though quite polite, does not appear very familiar with fitting people for eyewear and I found it hard to communicate effectively. Haley is much more acquainted with the business. Several mistakes were made, leading to a voided charge and then a telephone call at night. Not what I expected from such a well-known brand.
