Ever since North Coors Dental was purchased by Mountain Dental, the care and customer service has become very transactional. I truely belive it is the company, and not the employees. These are the same people that have been there for years. Now when I have an appointment, the employees seem very stressed out. The company needs to take a long hard look at their practice before they start losing patients and some very good employees.
