Have been going to North Coors Dental for many years. We have many dentists much closer to home but going there is worth the drive.

It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had... looking at changing dentist offices. I spoke at length with staff regarding my concerns and was told different things by different people. It appears that the policy is unclear to everyone and patient care was the last concern.

The replacement of a simple filling took 1 1/2 hours (no shots required) actual repair was 10 min.

Wonderful place with wonderful people. I'm always greeted with a smile. The staff is very friendly yet professional. They are great with children and make them feel comfortable throughout the visit.

Ever since North Coors Dental was purchased by Mountain Dental, the care and customer service has become very transactional. I truely belive it is the company, and not the employees. These are the same people that have been there for years. Now when I have an appointment, the employees seem very stressed out. The company needs to take a long hard look at their practice before they start losing patients and some very good employees.
