My husband refuses to go to the doctor, no matter how troubled his 52 year old body happens to be. But, he never complains about the dentist appointments I make for him because of the incredible, superior care that he gets from Dr. Clark. My husband is extremely rough around the edges, but Dr. Clark always treats him in an affable and warm manner. My husband even said to me, last month, "You better not switch dentists! I'm not going anywhere else!"
Meanwhile, I have been deeply impressed by the fact that Dr. Clark has not joined that growing trend of dentists who look for ridiculous excuses to offer unnecessary, uncovered or upcharged treatments. My previous dentist used to do that to me (things like insisting that I needed braces even though 40 years of dentists didn't seem to agree or charging my elderly mother double the rate for implants and convincing her that that was because "he was the best"). Dr. Clark has prescribed a number of necessary treatments for my husband - because they are desperately needed, but never prescribes any for me because I don't need any! Meanwhile, he treats everyone with respect, warmth, and candor.
Finally, I really appreciate that the office never makes my husband or I feel low even though we have to wait sometimes to complete procedures until we have the cash necessary. Neither the secretaries nor the doctor behave as though we are different because we are on a small budget, even though the majority of the clientele at Clark Dental are from affluent households. We couldn't be more pleased with Clark Dental.
