The overall experience was very good. However, it seems there is a policy that was very inconvenient when I went to pick up my dog. We dropped her off in the morning, the doctor called to let us know blood had been taken and we'd have an answer back the next day. So I went to pick my dog up at the end of the day.
When I went in to pay and pick up my dog instead of being able to efficiently do that I was lead to a room and told there could be a wait because there had been some emergencies come in. I waited for over 10 min before I went back up front and asked why I had to wait while the staff was busy with emergencies since I didn't have an appointment - I just needed to pay and take my dog home. The staff was very professional and explained that this is the policy and they need to release my dog...how inconvenient! I already talked to the vet earlier and knew we were waiting on test results why in the world do I need to wait in a room for someone to come in and tell me what I've already been told just so I can pay and take my dog home. This policy may work for office staff but is very inconvenient for the patients who have busy lives and don't have time to sit around needlessly. Please change that policy.
Again the staff was very kind and handled the situation well.
