I take my children to a pediatric dentist so that I know they are treated by someone who has patience, time and dedication to children. On my first call to schedule my multiple children I was told they can only come in by ones or twos, not all together. Despite this, I made different appointments. When I arrived, I waited 10 minutes for the receptionist to get off a call, attend to me & hand me the paperwork. Thevwit time was very brief & my children were engaged in several activities in the lobby. During the visit I was told that next time I must bring my children individually because my toddler was a bit restless while my older child was being treated. If you're a pediatric dentist, restless children or child activity, like not wanting to sit still for two hours should be expected. I expect to feel uncomfortable when I take my children to an adult dentist where other adults are inconvenianced by restlessness or whining, but this is NOT what I expect from a pediatric dentist. For the record, my children were not bouncing off the walls or being a nuisance. The office decor is amazing, the wait time was spectacular and the dental assistant were very nice. The receptionist can improve and the dentist should be an adult dentist.
