I really appreciate how they were able to fit my dog in (her own vet didn't make an effort to) and see her after suffering a bite from another dog. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly.

After not being able to get my kitty in to the vet I had been taking her to for over 6 years, I called Napa River Vet and they took her in right away. She had emergency surgery 10 days ago and needed her stitches looked at and possibly removed as it was the 10 day mark. They not only booked her an appointment that day but they did a new patient physical, checked her stitches and removed them but also prescribed a probiotic to help her get back to regular bowl movements after the medication she was on. The doctor and staff were amazing. I will continue to bring both my pets here moving forward.

I appreciate that they were able to schedule an appointment the same day since my dog was very sick. I just recently moved to Napa.

Their service was excellent and staff was great. They explained everything in detail and pricing for service.

This was my first appointment with Dr Carroll. The clinic was top notch . You text when you pull into their large parking lot that you have arrived . The tech comes out to bring you into the exam room from an outside door. Masks required. My puppy was not around any other dogs since she is not fully vaccinated . He was gentle and kind with my 8 wk Golden Doodle. He gave her a complete exam and explained what care she needed( worming, nails clipped etc) plus typed out instructions for my part going forward I waited a couple minutes . Very positive experience for my first time at this clinic with Dr Carroll.

We had a very positive first experience at Napa River Pet Hospital. The techs were kind and professional. Dr. Moody was obviously extremely knowledgeable, experienced and kind. I have an anxious poodle mix, and he was able to put her at ease with his voice and the way he handled her. He was generous with the sharing of information. He found an ear infection that I didn't know she had, and treated it. We are happy that we found them.
