While Dr.Strange is alright...some of the hygenist and people who work their seem clinically depressed.
Not a pleasant experience.
On a positive side, the setting is gorgeous. Their follow up is very professional.

I assure you that none of our staff members are "clinically depressed" It is unfortunate that this was the experience that you had while visiting our office. We do have one hygienist recovering from pneumonia so severe that she had been hopsitalized over the holiday break. She is not quite her energetic self yet, but she is well enough to be here for her patients and we appreciate her work ethic. Our team is like a family here at Newcastle Dentistry, and we always try to treat our patients when they are here like family.
