I am so fortunate to have found the great people at New England Chiro. It is hard to make the sometimes very significant lifestyle changes like I have in the last year. Dr. Warren and I were just talking about how sometimes it requires a HUGE commitment to make changes. First I had to realize my situation was more complex than I wanted to admit. For me that is because life has to hit me in the head with a proverbial hammer before I get the picture. I had no choice but to learn to embrace a new set of skills and reset onto a new journey. I had reached a plateau, until changing to the team at New England Chiropractic. Dr. Warren and Dr. Kelly make me feel like we are a team working together. I am working hard to follow their advice in between appointments to reduce the aggravating activities. It's hard to do, especially since it means that I am not able to garden and other things I want to do. Temporarily. Balance, variety and moderation is my new motto too. Found I have run into many people I know while in the office and wonder why they didn't tell me about New England Chiro. I'm shouting from the rooftops about this place! Commit to yourself. You are worth it. Once I got that, everything began to shift. Take a chance.
