My eye exam was great! But when I called back to order my glasses a lady named Keisha answered the phone and put me on hold for 15 minutes. Finally when she came back she told me my glasses were not covered by insurance and I knew they were. I asked to speak to someone else she hung up on me. Finally talked to someone else after calling back twice and the lady was very nice saying she was new. I don’t feel she needs to be in customer service very rude.
