From the beginning my experience was great. The staff made me feel comfortable as I walked thru the door.
Megan Kravitz RN was so helpful in giving options and suggestions on where to start, and where we should go, to get the most out of the treatments. This was my first time at NB Medspa and I truly appreciated all the attention to detail that Megan showed and explained. A thousand mahalos to Megan and all who helped make this a stress free environment.

I came in for body contouring/skin tightening with a Groupon. They were friendly, provided me new patient docs in advance, were on-time and professional. Additionally, they let me know about treatment specials but weren't pushy. I can't speak to the efficacy of the treatment as these things take time (and I went in knowing this), but I recommend getting your medspa needs taken care of here.

I have been traveling from San Diego to Newport Beach MedSpa for over 5 years now because they are EXEMPLARY! The services and staff are second to none. I began with one Velashape treatment and decided to sign up for the membership because the promotion was reasonably priced and I was extremely impressed with the treatment results. Since then, I've been back for lip filler, Ultherapy, and smart-lipo. The staff is genuinely kind and always goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and taken care of. They really know how to work those machines to give you the best possible results. I will never go anywhere else.
