I use newton veterinary hospital for all of my small animal care and have been using them for many years. I am usually very happy with their care and the staff. This is the first visit I was very disappointed. I brought a new puppy that has not been there before. While the veterinarian was super nice, (not my normal one as he was on vacation), for the first time I found the staff very unhelpful, fairly rude and I left feeling annoyed like they really didn't care. I have never had that before from this hospital, and again, the vet was great. I will certainly continue to use them and will say maybe they were understaffed or having a rough day,but had I been a first time client I probably wouldn't have returned.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR BOARDING NOT THE VET.

For the amount of money that I spent, it was the worst service I have ever had. Lets start with not getting back all of the things that were left with the dogs and the things that I did get back was so soaked in urine, it was like all the dogs that were being boarded decided to pee on this bed before it was given back to me. It was so soaked and dripping in urine I had to place the bed into plastic bags and it was not only the bed, but their toys as well were soaked. Then I was given bedding and a blanket that wasn't mine, I guess that's because they couldn't find mine. Then when I got home I noticed that my dogs meds were missing. If it wasn't for my DR. and the groomer there I would take my business some where else.
