Every person at Dr. Lane's office that I had contact with was warm as well as very competent. In the initial paperwork, they ask you what you would like to be called, and every staff member called me by that name.
More important, Dr. Lane took a lot of time and thoroughly explained every single aspect of my dental condition. He and his assistant were unconditional in their resolve to work in partnership with me to improve, solve, and repair my dental issue at the cause. My exam and x rays were as comfortable as I've ever experienced. I am a health care professional and too often find the system broken. Dr. Lane's is a remarkable practice.
