Needless to say going to the dentist is NOT on my top 10 list, but the concern and at pleasant atmosphere and professional care was exceptional. I was scheduled to just have one filling, but there was a last minute cancelation and they were able to do 2. Everyone was careful to ensure that I was doing ok. Honestly probably the best dental visit in my 75 years

The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, which is the reason I keep coming back. As a family, we have been patients here for over 30 years. I am quite frustrated that the schedule does not permit us to come in for cleanings every 6 months. This is not a new issue, this has been happening for years and I am considering leaving your practice over this. Yesterday, when scheduling my next appt (which should have been at the end of May) the earliest available was Aug 1st. So, I attempted to schedule the following 6 month appt (Feb 2024) but was told I could not, because the vacation schedules had not been set. Since I no longer have a preference regarding which hygienist I see, I don't understand why you can just schedule us with whoever is available, once the schedules are set. It's a small customer service detail but one that would make many of your patients quite happy. If you are preaching good dental and health habits, can't you go the extra mile to accommodate patients who want to come in every 6 months???

Appointment was pretty much on time, Chelsea made me comfortable for a usually uncomfortable procedure (I don't like going to the dentist much).

I was checked out quickly and on my way right on time.
