A week after having my wisdom teeth removed, I was still in a considerate amount of pain. I called the Annandale office serval times to schedule an appointment to see if something went wrong with the procedure/surgery. Whoever answer the phone told me that I wouldn’t be seen and that it was nothing. The pain meds given to me after the procedure ran out, Advil and Tylenol were not helpful in relieving the pain. It got to a point where I couldn't focus at work and couldn’t sleep. My dentist advised against coming in to their office, because since they didn’t perform the procedure, insurance wouldn’t cover it. I called the Annandale location again and was refused to be seen. I had to schedule an appointment and go to Woodbridge to have someone to look inside. They confirmed I had an infection and dry socket.

The Dentist/Oral Surgeon and the entire team (medical and business side) were very professional and patient with me while I had a tooth extracted without sedation. Once numbed up the extraction was quick and painless. Thank you so much for your patience and expertise Dr. Zadah.

I had a great experience with the removal of 2 wisdom teeth. Very caring and thorough staff. While my procedure did not start on time (and I don't know why I sat idle for a while), things went smoothly.

They arranged for me to have an extraction after having a platelets transfusion since they were low. Dr.Labriola extracted the tooth in a jiffy without any pain, I will be waiting later on for a implant.

The assistants were rude and clearly my Dr. was frustrated with them not following proper procedures. They asked me to sign a document that I had been informed of certain risks involved i the procedure BEFORE they informed me of said risks to quote, save him some time. I thought he, the assistant, was highly unprofessional.
