I normally have EXCELLENT service, but was a bit disappointed on this last visit. I had been in the week before and it was determined that I needed 2 new tires which needed to be special ordered. I had requested a few other services that day as well but it was decided to wait until the tires came in to complete those services. Once the tires came in, I was called and presented on a Saturday morning to get the tires installed and the other small services I had requested the week prior. There was a gentleman in line that was taking quite a bit of time and I waited for about 15 minutes for him to finish with the front desk person, which resulted in my having limited time. Once he was finished with the front desk person, I informed the woman at the front desk that I was in a bit of a hurry (my ride was patiently waiting outside for all of that time) and then she was quite unpleasant. I decided to leave due to her rude behavior but came back due to the fact that these tires had been special ordered and I did not want to go elsewhere (even though Costco is cheaper) due to that special order, even with the poor behavior exhibited by the front desk woman. When I picked up the car, the other services that I had requested the previous week had not been completed although that is not Nuttall's fault. I assumed they were in the computer and was trying to limit my interaction with the front desk woman so just told her that the services I needed should be in the computer. I only write this because of the rude behavior exhibited by the front desk woman. Unfortunately, 99% great service often becomes clouded when the front desk person exhibits poor customer service skills. I will certainly return but do hope that the front desk woman is trained further on some "soft skills" or customer service skills.
