We had awful awful customer service we waited for calls back for over a month. Tried contacting manegment and we were told they have no direct contact and to send an email to the company. Even with that no one ever address our concerns. There was absolutely no compensation for the trouble no apologies NOTHING! However the guy that did our work was amazing and diligent. Also made sure to show us everything explain what he was doing and why and address all concern in the home.

Install my whole house generator. This company did an excellent job and is very professional. l would Advise any protenial customer too go with Oak Electric period.

In the past I had another company out for multiple service calls on an intermittent starting issue on my Generac home generator, which spanned ~ 1year. They kept informing me that I had a fuel delivery issue and it wasn’t the generator. I then decided to trouble shoot it myself. I have an extensive mechanical background (mechanic and also a degree in engineering). I have worked for an automotive company for 28 years and restored many vehicles. So I do know a little about engines. I worked with my local gas company to check my gas meter, measure service line pressure, and check for any obstructions in the line to the generator. No issues were found. I went on-line and found (3) other Generac service companies. The first (2) I left voice mails messages. I never received a return call. I called Oak Electric and was greeted by a very cordial young lady who set me up with an appointment and explained all the costs in detail for the service call. Since my “no start” issue only happed on the “first cold crank” condition I took the day off from work so be there when the service tech showed up to answer any questions he may have and to oversee the service call. The tech (I believe his name was Mike) arrived on time and was very professional. After giving him the background on the issue, he had the unit up and running within an hour and a half. This guy was very impressive (i.e. “knew his stuff”). I would definitely recommend Oak Electric!

We once again had a special request job that needed to be performed. And Oak Electric stepped up to the plate. Once the project was done the owner's manual was taken with the empty box during the clean up. The office quickly printed and mailed us a copy. Talk about customer service!
