Everyone was so kind, helpful and caring.

My mom just died and Polly was her cat. She's been very skittish and cautious since bringing her cross country. Even calmed down quickly in the hands of this team. Dr. Broussard was wonderful with Polly. Polly and I were both very pleased with the appointment and the results! Thank you!

Hi Dr. Carson, in reply to the link you sent me, I have been a customer for over 19 years dating back to Dr. Reeder. My last appointment was supposed to be a teeth cleaning and checkup appointment. In the past, you have always done my checkup exam yourself personally. I was very surprised to find out towards the end of my appointment that you no longer handle the checkups personally and you have the hygienist do the exam; only if they see something unusual, then they will call you in to examine further. I do not believe this is correct. Although, my hygienist is very good, she does not have the higher education, advanced medical degrees, knowledge-experience and State Licenses to perform the annual checkup. In addition, you have the higher education to help spot other potential medical conditions when performing your exams, which is a good practice and can be invaluable. I was a bit disappointed and always believed my dentist, who's been through med-school, would be doing my dental, jaw, nerve, et cetera, exam once every 1-2 years. Thanks for your consideration.
