Nurses and front office staff were very nice. Dr. Clark is a pleasure to visit.
I had a great experience this past visit. For the first time, Ever, I did not have to wait an hour to be seen. Dr. Milstein was great as usual and he did not rush with me but took time to explain things to me and ask about concerns.
I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the office. A yearly exam is never something I look forward to but the friendliness of the staff and bedside manners of the doctor were impeccable which made the visit that much easier for me. The only issue I had was the wait time of being in the exam room and waiting for the doctor. Other than that, my experience was lovely. I will definitely be back to see Dr Milstein.
This was my first time and I enjoyed meeting with Dr. Milstein. He has been my mom's doctor for 30 years. The only thing I didn't like was seeing my mom upset about the new patient charge when the visit is covered at 100%. They didn't tell her that until we signed in so she wasn't happy. The staff was nice.
