The lady at the front desk gave me issues regarding my insurance, she couldn't explain why they wouldn't take it was just what she was told by whomever does the insurance, so I paid up front. I later spoke to an office manager who listened and paid attention to my insurance card and saw they do accept my insurance. I was able to get my refund back. Thank goodness I know about insurance.

Lack of communication with results.
Dallas OBGYN, PA replied:
Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. All patients have access to their results via the LabCorp portal. We advise all patients to register via Labcorp.com and they will advise you that results are complete and ready for review. Patients always receive their results prior to the physician review. Because this is an anonymous review we do not know the lack of communication your are stating. Please call our office and speak to the office manager so that your complaint can be addressed.
