the waiting was a little long, but they apologized, had been very busy that day, the employees were being a little noisy for open quarters like they have in the office, but all in all nice place clean and very friendly.

Most of the staff is very nice
Unfortunately in the spirit of trying to utilize all their services one of the employees came off as condescending and overbearing. Leaving me to put off the recommended treatment so I didn't have to deal with that individual .
Sometimes we don't realize how we are coming off toward others and in the service industry we should be more sensitive to how we are treating others especially when it is service that pits the customer in such a vullnerable state
We need to feel comfortable and not only trust but like (in a sense) the person that is treating us

My Son and I have been going to OC Smile for over 4 years now and we always have had a great experience every time we visit! The staff is always very friendly every time we walk in the door! We always feel very welcome! The dentists are very caring and always make you feel right at home when they are working on our teeth! The ortho staff has always been very nice to my son. They make you feel like your part of their family!! I would highly recommend anyone to come join the OC Smile family!!
