I did not wait long for my appointment. The technician and the doctor listened to what I had to say about my condition and what I was seeing. the procedures were explained prior to initiation.

Dr Ogletree and her staff are so thorough, kind and informative. I watched the equipment being cleaned after me and appreciate that they care about protecting all patients. Dr Ogletree is so good at getting your sharpest vision. Each staff member I worked with was cheerful, helpful and patient with me, even as I slowly made my choices and then when I called back with a change of heart about not adding readers to my Moui Jim sunglasses...it was not a problem for them. I even got an existing pair of sunglasses re adjusted. Thank you everyone, you are the best. C Williams

I love going to see Jessica every Thursday! She adjusts my glasses and reminds me to keep wearing them!! All the ladies up front are really sweet and very helpful! It's nice to walk thru the front door and be greeted with smiles!

Dr. Ogletree and the staff are all fantastic! They are always so friendly and professional, and everyone seems very interested in helping customers, not trying to upsell them. The office is really nice, they have the latest equipment, and a nice selection of frames at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Ogletree Eye Care, and personally, I won't go anywhere else no matter what kind of specials they might advertise!
