My experience with First Class Halt is only with the estimate and estimate process. Those I spoke with were courteous and knowledgeable. No complaints at all there. I can't speak for the quality of their work because the quotes for the service I needed were surprisingly high.

I received quotes from First Class Halt for maintenance work on a 2013 Acura. First Class Halt's quote was actually $30 higher than the Acura dealer. Yes, hard to believe. I ended up taking the car to a nearby Honda dealership. They were also courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, honest...added no unnecessary extras...take note First Class Halt..., brought the engine air filter to me to show it did not need replacement, but the cabin filter definitely did. And here's the clincher...they were $200 less expensive for exactly the same maintenance work. They advised the tires were near end of life, and that the front brakes would need maintenance at the next oil change. And the quote for that work was so reasonable I wouldn't bother with doing it myself. (I'm an old man. Life is short.)

So although First Class Halt may be one heckuva an automobile service center, I feel it's service for the rich and famous. Take your Acura to a Honda dealer. Pretty much all the same parts, same fluids, same training, and more money left in your bank account.

Friendly staff but terrible service. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change; specifically told the person that I wanted to wait for the car instead of dropping off so I had to schedule for a week later. Showed up for an 8:30 appointment and was told that p/u would be at 5 pm. When I said that I had wanted to wait for the car, I was told that would not be an option because it would be "at least afternoon" before my car would be ready. Was never called about my car being ready so I showed up at 4:50 pm and, despite being told the car was finished, waited another 30 minutes to get my car. Before I was able to check out, I had to listen while the service advisor went through a multi-page list, recommending thousands of dollars more in service be performed on my car.

They are always helpful, friendly, respectful. My only negative comment is that if you have a customer paying over $688 dollars worth of services/ repairs, they should be able/ willing to extend their shuttle service by a couple of miles and pick up customer.

I’m a one vehicle House hold and it was challenging to make the arrangements.
