Always on time. Leaves the place cleaner than it was. Patiently answers all my questions. Their installation in 09 was phenomenal---courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and nothing but good words from the inspector. That has been true to this day.
I have made 4 recommendations, 3 of which were installations.
