One Way was incorporated in 1993 by Philip and Carolann Mahoney in Lyons, Colorado. Business began with one small side load truck servicing 180 customers. The business plan was to service the mountains West of the City of Boulder. We have grown to over 4,000 customers. We now provide service in Boulder County, Gilpin County, Jefferson County, Larimer County and Weld County.
