I took my son and daughter both. When I walked in Sara, the front desk lady, was extremely abrupt, rude, condescending. She looked at her co worker because we had not been pre auth and gave her the nastiest look. I am in the medical field and I deal with insurances every single day so I understand the process. She pretty much threw the clip boards at me and my yellow papers to give to tech. For her to be the first person you encounter...not good for business. THEN, my check out was not good with Joyce. I called my insurance co and that is why I went there. I KNOW FOR FACT...THERE IS NO OUT OF POCKET FOR OUR VISIT. She didn't understand the insurance portion and tried to charge me 100.
I did leave a comment card and review on facebook regarding my experience.
HOWEVER, the technicians and the Dr were wonderful I truly was super pleased with Lily's tech and the Dr. Brice's tech :-I
