So far my experience with this practice has been superb. The staff there are efficient and professional and Dr. Orbach seems to be very experienced. The day after I got my braces, he called to make sure everything was ok. My only comment would be that their prices are a bit on the high side. If you plan to use this practice, then call a couple of other places and compare prices first. I think for me, it's been worth it though, since I'm getting an excellent service.

My initial call to the office was warmly and professionally received; an initial appointment was promptly available. The office runs on schedule, almost eliminating waiting room time. Easy off street parking. Well worth the trip from Montgomery County.

After meeting with and researching several orthodontists in DC for my family, I realized there was really only one choice: Orbach Orthodontics.
*The work Dr. Orbach does is high quality. We began to see the results almost immediately, and my daughter's teeth just keep getting better.
*The staff communicates well with the family. Dr. Orbach is up front about what needs to happen and keeps the patient and the parents up to date the entire time. The staff calls for reminders and works with the patient and the family.
*The price is right. We met with other top-rated orthodontists in DC and their price was TWICE what Orbach Orthodontics wanted to charge us. We have a great payment plan according to our income.
*The people there are friendly. Everyone is so nice and cares about the patient and the family.
*Free off-street parking. Need I say more for DC???
*Easy to schedule appointments.
*Dr. Orbach & his staff are flexible in cases of orthodontic emergencies (ie: wire came loose, bracket fell off, etc.)
