Hello,
I was there on Saturday and I really have to say that I am very disappointed with my cut. This is in no way meant to be mean or to get my stylist in trouble but this is the second time I have left upset about my hair.
I came in with a picture of exactly what I wanted my hair to look like and left looking completely different. I know hair grows back so I guess I'm very bummed that I spent $60 for a haircut that was not what I wanted and much shorter then I ever planned to go. I'm very sorry to say that I won't be returning to your salon
I did like my stylist as she was warm and welcoming.
