Experienced a smooth/seamless check-in process. The support staff and optometrist were all friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I particularly appreciated the support of the young lady who helped me select glasses. She made sure that each pair fit comfortably and did not stop until I was paired with glasses that were both stylish, fitting and comfortable.
