My experience at Overland is always a pleasant one. I scheduled to get an oil change for my car last wk. I brought it in and was in and out w/in 2 hrs. John was also very helpful in recommending vehicles for me to test drive this year as I will eventually replace my current vehicle...The service is always excellent!!!

The staff at Overland is very professional and trustworthy. We always bring our LR3 to them. They've helped us with an insurance claim for water damage, electrical problem, and routine maintenance. My father and I have been long time customers of Overland4x4 for 7 years. Nothing but praise for their quality of work and honest customer service. They consistently beat stealership prices which is a major plus. I never feel like I'm throwing money away when I have to take my vehicle in for service and repair.

I have not had the time to call.
1. the windshield wipers were installed wrong. the left did not lay flat, so it misses.
2. the problem with the left window was in the harness, so now the right door lock does not work when you hit the button, or open the door, so something else was messed up.
3. I smelled oil, but I did not ask for an oil change, why is that? and I saw oil on my plugs, that was not there why. and lastly, I am not sure why it would cost so much for the changing of wires etc? So I think I better check with the dealer or just get the maintenance book and use someone else or do it myself. To pay to get a half ass job does not make any sense to me, but hey thanks. I at least gave you guys a try.
For the work I needed done, to me was a not that hard and it should not have taken that long as your mechanic troubleshot the car before, which was incorrect. This vehicle like other ones, is only expensive with repairs because in my opinion, the shop and the mechanics you take it to, do not really know what they are doing and only look at the money. Now, I may be wrong in my opinion, but I am just saying.
