It’s great going there! I’m super comfortable with my doctor which I’m really grateful for. My only issue is that sometimes you don’t get into your appointment until 30 minutes after your scheduled time

I was very disappointed with Pacific Eye. It seems like the quality of eye care service had decreased. First time I went, I decided to see a very qualified opthalmologist for my eye care needs, and I was very happy with the service. Unfortunately, for my next appt. the staff decided that I can no longer see my doctor, but instead I have to see the optometrists. Not happy about that, but I still made the Appt. and I confirmed it 2 days before my appt. day by phone. On my appt. day I left early from work, so I can make on time and I made arrangements with my family, so they can pick me up after my eyes was supposed to be dilated. But simply Pacific eye staff just decided to cancel my appt. 1 day before my appt. Staff at the office denied talking to me and confirming my appt. 2 days prior my appt.!!! I couldn't believe it!!! I had never experienced something like that before, very unprofessional.

Can't understand why someone makes an appointment for a specific time and then waits at a minimum, 15 minutes before you see a tech. Then it's another 20-30 minutes before the doctor comes in. I get it. There are variables such as the patient before you is late. It sets everyone back. But you would think, that when an appointment is set for 8:00-8:30, there wouldn't be much of a wait. This is not an isolated incident. This is the norm at your office. At least notify the patient that the doctor is running behind. It's courtesy.

The eye exam that Dr Glass conducted was through & he answered questions to my concerns.

After the exam I went to their optical department & the technician helped me with the process of picking out my new glasses & the costs, regarding my VSP coverage etc. We alsp went over my costs for these glasses, copay, and my out of pocket costs for my prescription sunglasses.
