I contacted Carl to purchase a pair of security doors. He immediately contacted me back. Personabl and funny he described the doors and scheduled an appointment. On time for the appointment we ordered the doors and asked about a screen door we needed repaired. He was able to fix it right then. A week later Carl scheduled the installation and showed up early. I watched as the installation progressed and I realized that Carl works on customers projects with pride, hard work, and a concern as if the project was his own home.
