Palm Valley Medical Clinic first opened it doors in 1997. It began with the idea that quality medical care and patient well-being should dictate how we practice medicine. The clinic was formed in dedication to the community of the Rio Grande Valley with the foundational principles designed to serve the hardworking people of the Valley.

As a family practice, it is our promise to treat every patient as if they were part of our family. With 23 years serving our community we have become the pinnacle of quality care. Our clinic proudly serves military and law enforcement personnel and their families.

We are staffed with one physcian, Dr. Noel Lopez and two Certified Physician Assistants, Ms. Anna Lisa Guzman and Mrs. Linda Garcia. We proudly say that our staff is courteous and well trained.

For your convenience, we answer our phone 24 hours a day. You may be able to avoid an ER visit by speaking to our doctor. However, we suggest going directly to an ER if you're experiencing any of the following:

- Chest Pain;

- Shortness of Breath;

- Loss of Consciousness;

- Weakness on one side of your body with facial droop and garbled speech;

- Sudden, severe abdominal pain;

- High fever with rash;

- Seizures;

- Severe. repeated vomiting;

- Serious burns or lacerations.
