The work, when finally completed, looks good and the irrigation functions as designed. Our biggest issue is that (as seems to be the trend with most trades in our area) they are overcommitted with work, and understaffed to complete their jobs in a timely manner. There is not much communication (if any) about timelines or delays. We signed our contract in March (and paid our 50% deposit) for irrigation and sod replacement after putting in a pool. The pool was complete in the beginning of April. We made multiple calls to ask them to come out to complete the irrigation - we were told by the office manager, that she couldn't tell us where we were on the list, nor would she provide an estimate of when the work would be completed. Irrigation was finally completed in mid-August. After continued checking in with phone calls and texts, we finally got sod installed mid-October. All-in-all it took 7 months for two half-days of work to complete our job. Had we not contacted them multiple times on either of these items, I'm confident we'd still be on their work list. However, one thing that was speedy, was their sending of the final bill. We received it one business day after the sod was installed, noting payment was due upon receipt. I think they do good work, but I think they need a strong project manager or scheduling assistant to help manage the workload and communications, and determine if/when they can accept new jobs - otherwise this issue will persist.

I had a sprinkler leak while I was out of town. The secretary Tammy was so helpful over the phone and they sent a technician out to repair it even though I couldn't be there. He repaired it and even came back that evening when my daughter could be there to turn the system on, so he could check that it was repaired. I'm very thankful for their kindness and professionalism!
