I had previously gotten a bad haircut at another establishment, and recklessly tried to correct it myself. Hilarity ensued. I read reviews online looking for someone who would be able to repair the damage, and Adam's name came up several times as the go-to fixer.
I was very embarrassed about what I'd done, but Adam was totally pleasant and understanding, and was very attentive to the end result I was aiming for. I was very pleased with his cut, and I will make him my regular stylist from now on.
