Upon leaving, I was very satisfied with the look and appearance of the acrylic nails. It did however take the student two plus hours to complete the service. The very next day my pinky nail on my left hand popped off. It did not break or crack it just completely pop off after less than 24 hours. This was my first experience having a student do a full set on my nails. I have never had a nail pop off in such a very very short period of time like I said less than 24 hours.

Sorry about that! If you can remember who the student was..sometimes in their stress...as it's very difficult to learn acrylic in 7 weeks..try it..it's hard..they sometimes forget to put the bondex on which is the primer. Come on back and let that same student learn from their mistake and do better. They will never learn if you don't allow them to fix their mistakes..They are happy to do so. Keep in mind..it is a school and how can anyone learn if you don't share with their instructor. We write reviews but we won't call. Let's communicate with them and let them get it right..that's how we learn. Don't you agree. So let us fix it.

Thank you for your feedback. Because we are a school, you won't have intimate time with your "student" stylist. We are responsible for your results as they are not licensed as well. We do teach the students to be prepared, and so this was a learning lesson for the student. You gather all you need then go to the chairside. I'm happy you liked your end result! We do have to lock up the products, all schools lock them up. They might be gone if we didn't. I'm sure you understand. Thank you again! See you soon!
