3 hours for a simple toner (only my ends) and a TRIM of my hair - ridiculous. I even mentioned to the teacher when she came by that I only had 2 hours in the salon and asked if both services could be done, and then she tried upselling me on a deep conditioning treatment....which we definitely didn't even have time. The teacher probably came over twice during the whole time and barely checked the student's work. This is probably why I only go back once or twice a year...the service is terrible.

Paul Mitchell students always do an amazing job. I really felt safe with all the precautions they were taken for Covid as well

I came in to get a color corrected. Thankfully, I was dissuaded in getting my hair re-colored after the recent color service I had else where, in order to preserve the health of my hair. Instead, I have an appointment 2 week out to then attempt the correction of my botched color job I had at Van Cleeve

Great service & great prices in exchange for your time! I was there for 4 hours getting a color block of balayage (a more lengthy process) but it was completely worth it!!!

Victoria was the best. Took her time and explained everything. Great scalp:massage during my wash. The cut was done exactly to my specifications.
