Had a manicure and was not really pleased with it. There were not many choices for polish colors and to make that worse the polish was old and thick. I had to pick 3 bottles before we found one that was usable but I didn't really care for color. By day 2 of the manicure the polish started chipping and peeling. When filing nails with large file she filed the skin above the nails on both thumbs which hurt. My nails were not soak and cleaned before starting polish which most place do that and trim dried skin and hang nails.Several nails were not polished on the sides next to nail beds.Polish was left on skin she did try cleaning that up but missed a lot. She could not find Q-tips or something to help with that. Young lady next to use suggest using the cotton and a nail stick which didn't work it was so large that in places where it touched polish on nails were smudged.

The young lady who was assigned to me was very polite and sweet. There were several students near us carrying on a personal conversation that wasn't really what I wanted to sit and listen to.

Satisfied with overall experience just wish they could go a little faster. Sometimes it was a little painful when they pulled out the curlers. Had an excellent stylist.

Chloe did a great job with my hair. She and her supervisor helped me pick a lowlight color that is wonderful and she did a great job with the short bob and side swept bangs that I asked for. You have to bear in mind that the appointment will take longer than your usual salon visit because the stylist has to check in with her supervisor a few times throughout the process, but it wasn't dramatically longer for a cut and color. I am in love with my new hair and will definitely be back. Thanks, Chloe!

The staff was very friendly and I really liked the products used on my hair. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my haircut took two and a half hours, and the instructor had to give me a new haircut herself. My haircut ended up shorter than what I wanted, but it looked good after the instructor did it herself.
