PCHelpForce was created to provide on site computer support services and training on computer use. This includes home users, small businesses and the mobile workforce.
David is a computer engineer with fourteen years of experience working in the computer industry. He was formerly an engineer for Intel Corporation and started this company with the belief that there needed to be a change in the way computer service was being offered to customers.
Our goal is to provide exceptional service, one customer at a time from the time you call us to the moment we leave. Anything short of this goal is a failure in our eyes.

These guys are absolute masters! I'm never going anywhere else and next time I have an issue with my computer, I'm not going to hesitate to call them.
My computer was pretty much dead... It would only boot up in the BIOS screen. I saved a good thousands dollars by calling PCHelpForce! They just replaced the hard drive and I was up and running again. I could NOT have done that on my own. And the money I spent on a new hard drive was nothing compared to what I would have spent on a new gaming laptop. I also liked how he was up front about it. He didn't charge anything until he knew that would fix the problem. So... fair, honest, and (by the way) EARLY for our appointment? Why would I ever go anywhere else?
P. S. I waited to post a review until I actually used my laptop for a few weeks. I completely stand by what I wrote the day I got my laptop back. I'm thrilled with my experience and I highly recommend PCHelpForce to anyone who is having computer problems.

Excellent customer service. When I have issues they have tried to resolve my problem that very day. If the problem requires on site visit, they have scheduled an appointment for the very nxt day.

We screen shared with David for an hour. As usual he did a great job correcting our computer problems and brought our laptop and desktop up to date. Fixed some email problems that we could not have corrected. on our own.
