Thank you for your comment, Kathy. We appreciate the opinion. It is unfortunate that you felt the sauna was too hot. The average sauna temperature for any sauna is between 70 and 80 degrees Celsius and our sauna was set at 50. Most regular sauna goers will find 50 degrees Celsius too low and ask to increase the temperature.
If this was your first time experiencing sauna, we recommend to try it again. It might take your body a little getting used to. That's why we start off at such a low temperature. Either way, we appreciate you trying our sauna and thank you for your business.
