Good Afternoon Sandra ~ I am so sorry for all of the issues you have been having. I did speak with my office and she mentioned there was a double billing on the diagnostic charge - she said she emailed you and reversed the charges for that open invoice. I apologize. With regard to the condensate drain. This is a continued frustration within the heating and cooling community. We strongly recommend all condensate drains drain into an Interior drain provided by a licensed plumber. If that does not happen and we terminate the condensate drain outside there is always a risk of it freezing at 32* or lower. It has water draining out of it from the unit running and the water freezes at the opening outside. We would be happy to come out and re-route your condensate drain complimentary if you have a plumber come out and provide us an interior drain to City of Portland Code. Again my apologies for your frustrations. We are here to help anytime.
