So fortunate to have found Dr. Diana Jones and wonderful staff @ ER4Pets. My fur baby's life was in jeopardy and Dr. Jones was ready and available to take care of her. Her compassion, skill set, and dedication is beyond all others. However my dog's fate turns-I know in my heart that I trusted the very capable and compassionate hands of Dr. Jones and her staff to give her the absolute best care ever. Thank you so very much for all that you do for every pet and pet owner.

So glad I found ER4Pets in Carmel Mtn Ranch. Much closer than traveling to the other side of Poway! My main comment is that I was left waiting for more than 15 minutes after paying my bill. Seemed like it took a very long time to quarter my dog's pills and return of my pet. My guess (and I could be wrong) is that the staff was side-tracked working with other animals in back that delayed completion of working with me. If that was the case, it would have been nice if I was advised of that and the time delay. Other than that, I was very pleased with the Vet and others that I dealt with. Generally, the care was top notch, but the customer service was lacking - thus only 3 stars. I'll be going back for future emergency pet needs.

Dr. Jones is an expert in her craft, if your pet can be saved or mended she will do it; however, the cost of the service is something thats going to make the owner sick.

It’s not an affordable service, I probably should have had the dog euthanized.........but we didn’t. Plan on spending thousands- not hundreds.

Dr. Jones is a dedicated, compassionate and most competent veterinarian. We have taken our two teacup poodles to her

for emergencies, on several occasions, over the past few years. Dr. Jones has an excellent support system.

Dr. Jones was very good with Maggie. She relayed the findings, and gave the suggested treatments, being very upfront with the charges for each treatment right away. There were no 'extra charges' at the end of Maggie's stay at ER4 Pets. The staff was friendly, and treated our pet as if she were their own. After taking Maggie home, Dr. Jones called the next evening to inquire on how Maggie was responding to the treatments. I have rarely if ever had the veterinarian call for a post treatment followup. I appreciated the service and the caring at ER4 Pets. If the need ever arises again, I will not hesitate to call ER4 Pets.

We made a mental note of where Petsurg & ER4Pets was located just in case we ever needed this service as we just adopted a dog in December 2018. On Memorial Day Weekend our Chewy woke up not being able to use his front right leg. We took our 8 year old into be checked out. He spent most of the day & evening there & the Vets did a great job with our senior boy. Price was reasonable for an emergency. RX was sent home with us as well. He's now recovering at home. Would for sure return should we have any other emergency's

My dog went after an animal underneath a Pencil plant. She was very ill and her eyes were swollen shut. THey managed to save her and her eyesight. I am ever so grateful.

I have mixed feelings about Poway Eyeworks. The office itself is nice--very clean and has a large selection of glasses. The front desk employees were also very friendly and did not pressure me into getting a new pair of glasses. However, my visit wit the optometrist is what makes me question if I will return. The optometrist, Dr. Desai, was nice. However, I left the office not even knowing what my eyesight was exactly. During my exam, she told me that I have a certain eye condition (that I have since forgotten the name of it, since I wasn't given a sheet with my exam results), and when I proceeded to ask questions, she kept brushing it off with, "it is too early to tell." Even if my question was, "Can this condition be bad? What's the worst that can happen?" She kept avoiding the question and would move quickly to the next topic or discussion of my dry eye. I did not understand why she would not answer any of my questions and just give a "it is too early to tell since this is the first time I saw you" answer. I was in a rush to leave as I had to pick up my child from day care, so it wasn't until I got home that I realized, "wow, I just went to the optometrist and I guess everything is fairly good since I wasn't told flat out that something is wrong, but at the same time, I don't even know what my eyesight changed too." I might give Poway Eyeworks another shot next year but see a different optometrist.
