FYI, the new color that was used on Tuesday on both myself, Kathy and Diane is horrible. The color is REALLY
BAD. Diane is 10X worse than mine. I feel you need to redo Diane's color at your expense since it is so bad. I don't know what this new color line is but it is nothing like the color you matched for us in the past. When Diane went out in the light, it was a shock. Hope you read this and take care of it.
