The American Optometric Association recommends that most people have a comprehensive eye exam every one to two years depending on age and health. Since many diseases of the eye do not demonstrate early significant symptoms, an annual exam is one of the most important diagnostic and preventative measures you can take to protect your vision and health. If you are in a higher risk category for eye disease or complications, your eye doctor may recommend more frequent exams. Also, if you notice a change in your vision or receive an injury to your eye, you should contact your eye care professional immediately. Drs. Phillips, Salomon & Parrish, PA have offices in all Eye Express locations to provide comprehensive medical eye exams. All of our doctors are Board Certified with extensive training in cataract, glaucoma and macular degeneration evaluations with immediate surgical referral available.
