Had a very bad experience after hours with Kathryn Sykes being on call. First of all she was diagnosing problems with my pet the moment we walked into the door without full exam. I allowed her to perform a needed surgery in which we went there for on my pet, but she also conjured up additional very extreme conditions with my pet and wrote a load of prescriptions for it. She used the pets recovery condition as her diagnoses for a life threatening condition. I went ahead and paid for all additional prescriptions which we never even opened because my pet was completely back to normal after the drug from the surgery wore off. To be on safe side, I also got a second opinion and found that Sykes diagnoses of a condition was false and the condition of recovery was very normal for any animal that gets put under by drugs and surgery. I will not ever trust her again with any of my pets in the future.

Extremely busy clinic, great care , which is the most important aspect , felt like the staff at the front could have been a lil friendlier, and maybe made us feel a bit more welcome. They seemed overwhelmed .
