The dentist and the staff are very good and friendly but not the office staff. When we first came in, we were told that our appointment will be next Monday and not that day. I insisted and finally she said it is today without giving any apology.
Two things I no happy about:
1. The cancellation fee of $60 for no show. This fee should apply on teh 2nd but not on ths first incident.
2. We were told to pay upfront for next month service covering sedation because accordding to the office manager is not covered by insurance and if we cancel, this will be forfeited. I called the insurance and was told that laughing gas is covered by our insurance
I have been to so many dentist and doctors, but none asked us to pay in advance and much more forfeit the payment made if cancelled.
I do hope you will reconsider your financial policies to retain your patients
Thank you very much for your review. As a business owner, I am always happy to receive any feedback (both positive and negative). I would like to apologize for the miscommunication concerning your initial appointment. I have spoken with my front office team member, and we have addressed this issue. Our patients and parents are our lifeblood, and we do strive for excellence in order to keep each of you happy. I will take your suggestions concerning our financial policies into consideration. Again, I would like to thank you for your review.
