stepped inside the office and stood in front of the counter for few minutes as waiting for one of five say "hello". too many front staffs and some are not friendly and smile as other's office that I went. However, the Hygient and dentist are very friendly and caring for the patient.

At the moment you arrived, our computer was requiring some attention so we could continue to take care of our patients in the office at the time, and the front desk staff was involved in this process. The telephones, too, were exceptionally busy at the same time. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. I am so glad you are happy with the courtesy and treatment by our hygienist and dentist.
